Module 3.01: The "Word vs. PDF" Rule (.EMB vs. .DST)
Objective: When working with embroidery files, you will handle two main formats daily. It is critical you understand the difference so you don’t send the wrong file to the machine or the digitizer.

Module 3.02: Context Matters: Hats, Flats & Fleece
Objective: Embroidery is not ink; it is thread interacting with fabric. You cannot use the same file for every garment. A file digitized for a flat polo will fail if used on a curved hat. This module explains why context is critical.

Module 3.03: The Art of Pricing
Objective: To teach Dimpal that embroidery pricing is a strictly mathematical formula based on 4 specific costs (Pillars) and estimation techniques.

Module 3.04: Threads & Brands

Objective: To teach Dimpal that embroidery is limited by physical constraints (needle size and thread thickness) and that certain requests—like tiny text or detailed 3D foam—often fail because they break these rules.

Module 3.06: Dimensions & Reality (Hoops & Hats)
Objective: To teach Dimpal that embroidery happens in the physical world and is limited by rigid hoops and machine mechanics. We cannot simply "print" over seams or cover an entire shirt edge-to-edge on finished garments.
